DRC

Fred Wakula escaped his home country of DRC during wartime in the 1990's. After spending 20 years in Kenya, Fred returned home to DRC to help his country rebuild and recover.

Sometime after his return, Fred travelled to Uganda to attend a conference. The keynote speaker was the Founder and Director of Enlarj, Phil Spence. Since that time, Phil has mentored Fred who has established a strong network of churches in the eastern part of his country, despite the extreme difficulties of a war zone.
