Ethiopia

Michael Girma is our network partner in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. In response to his need for a mentor, Michael began to search outside of his own nation. Michael contacted Phil Spence, Enlarj's Founder and Director, after following him for two years on social media. Phil subsequently visited Addis Ababa and became familiar with the work that Michael was doing in his country and became his mentor.

His Story

Since connecting with Phil Spence, Michael Girma's community organisation has flourished both in his original location but also by opening a location on the other side of Addis Ababa, and also 60km away in Adama. Michael relates to dozens of next generation leaders who are involved in community development and nation building within Ethiopia.
